No artistic experience or skill necessary. Through mindful, somatic and art therapy based techniques Katie works collaboratively with you on your journey of growth and healing. Become mindfully aware of how you experience emotions in your body. Create imagery through various medium using symbol, color, shape and lines to reflect on and explore your relationship to your emotions. Through these practices you exercise and strengthen your emotional intelligence skills and open the possibilities to identify the triggers which set off your emotions, coping skills which calm overwhelming emotions in the moment, and self care practices to manage a state of over all balance. Katie's intention for each of her clients is that they begin to feel more empowered and in control of their emotions, allowing them to live a more expanded and fulfilled life. note: If booking a Zoom session, use any art materials you have available at home (i.e. from pencil and paper, to other drawing materials, paints, collage, etc...) $125 per 60 minute session Call to schedule
